Like many artists, Ellen Phelan finds inspiration in nature. In 2008, she created a series of hazy, romantic views of her beloved gardens at Kenjockety, her estate in Westport. Combining photography, painting, and digital printing, she melds traditional artistic practive with modern technology to create this image of a hydrangea and cedars.
